Dikshya was born in Pokhara and is the 2nd of 5 daughters. Both of her parents are tailors in Pokhara but she only learned to sew when she joined WSDO. Dikshya worked alongside a WSDO designer for many years and when they retired, it was a natural progression for her to take over. As such, she feels a love for WSDO and cannot imagine herself working anywhere else!
